Time does not heal all wounds. Best friends Jessica and Sam each have scars from their pasts that have never quite healed. Jessica has never been able to get passed an extremely damaging romantic relationship from her formative years in college, while Sam has been ignoring a painfully fractured relationship with her sister. After years of denial, they are both forced to confront these wounds head on. The only way they can begin to heal is to face what they didn't want to see - and they cannot do that without each other.

The Triangle Waist Company fire on March 25th, 1911, lives in infamy as one of the worst disasters in the history of New York City. In just a few short minutes, over one hundred and forty lives were abruptly extinguished when the 8th, 9th and 10th floors of the Triangle Waist Company were consumed by fire on that fateful March day. Most of the casualties were female immigrants who had come to America to start new lives for themselves and for their families. Many of the girls sent portions of their meager incomes back home to their relatives who remained in the “old country.” The young women had believed the stories they had read about American streets being “paved with gold.” The reality was, the only gold they saw were the gold coins pocketed by the manufacturers.
FIRE dramatically interweaves fictionalized stories about these young transplants with actual testimony from the trial against the owners of the factory. It poetically explores the theme of avarice juxtaposed against the dream of living in a new land and all the promise that goes along with it.
FIRE resonates today because one of the baser human desires, greed, pervades the world culture as much now, if not more, than it did back in 1911. The play is ultimately about overcoming adversity and never giving up hope for a better life.

I am thrilled to announce that I have been cast in Stephen Foglia's Columbia University MFA Thesis show, Outer Banks to be performed at Signature Theatre!
One sunny afternoon on a North Carolina beach, Junie’s twin sister disappeared without a trace. Two years later, no sign of the missing woman has surfaced, and Junie’s family has decided it is time to say goodbye. But Junie may not be ready. She begins to receive mysterious messages that might just be coming from her sister. By the brackish waters of the Neuse River, the borders between worlds grow porous, and death’s door opens.
Written by Stephen Foglia and directed by Sarah Wansley, Outer Banks blends off-beat humor and expressionistic design into a deeply-observed character study that travels from the family kitchen into the unknown.

"War is brewing in Europe, King Henry V, newly on the throne, presses an ancient claim on France and leads his army onto mainland Europe. Surrounded by enemies both within and without, Henry must abandon the ways of his youth to become what his kingdom needs him to be."
In this play's immortal prologue Shakespeare ponders how to bring the vasty fields of France into a cramped theater. That, is our director Kelly Johnston's life story, and with his unique and creative take he will be transporting audiences to medieval France with a handful of actors, music, lights, and one of the greatest texts in the English language.
Tickets for the show are not on sale yet but keep your eyes here for any and all updates.
In the meantime you can buy tickets for our party: "Muses of Fire: A Rogue and Peasant Fundraiser"
